Welcome to the home page of the Washington State Crime Prevention Association (WSPCA). The Association’s members are current and former law enforcement personnel, as well as volunteers and citizens concerned about crime prevention, and its purpose is to help the communities of Washington State to prevent crime. This web site is established to provide help to the citizens of the State of Washington, and to community and other organizations, to help with the task of preventing crime. Police and courts of law will always be vigilant to see that justice is served, but the task of preventing crime cannot be limited to law-enforcement officials. It’s something that a community should see as a primary duty to its citizens, and that citizens should see as a duty to themselves, to one another, and to the community as a whole. The WSPCA is here to help with education, information and resources.
